Launch Competition Terms and Conditions (Australia-Wide, excluding South Australia)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Average Bloke Fitness Launch Competition – $5,000.00 ("Promotion"). The Promotion is conducted in accordance with relevant legislation in all Australian states and territories where permitted, excluding South Australia.
1. Promoter

(“Promoter”)
2. Eligibility
To be eligible, Entrants must:
Be aged 18 years or older.
Be a current financial member of Average Bloke Fitness.
Reside in a state or territory of Australia other than South Australia.
Provide accurate and complete personal information.
The following are not eligible:
Employees, contractors, or agents of the Promoter.
Immediate family members of employees, contractors, or agents.
Residents of South Australia, where this Promotion is not valid.
This Promotion is a game of chance, and the outcome is determined solely by random draw.
3. Maximum and Minimum Entrants
Maximum Entrants: 100 Members (first 100 valid memberships purchased).
Minimum Entrants: 90 Members.
Failure to reach the minimum threshold may result in cancellation as described in Section 10.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens 01/11/2025 and closes 01/11/2027 at 12:00pm AEST (“Promotion Period”).
Membership purchases or extra-entry activities completed after the close of the Promotion Period will not be included in the draw.
5. Entry Method
A valid entry is automatically granted upon purchasing a membership with ABF during the Promotion Period.
All entries are compiled by the Promoter. Entries may be recorded electronically and subsequently printed.
6. Extra Entries
6.1 Cumulative Membership Entries
Entrants will receive one (1) extra entry for every consecutive seven (7) days of active, paid membership during the Promotion Period. These entries accumulate throughout the Entrant’s active membership.Examples:
7 days = 1 extra entry
14 days = 2 extra entries
21 days = 3 extra entries, etc.
6.2 “Tag Us” Day Entries
During the Promotion Period, the Promoter may announce designated “Tag Us” Days, during which Entrants may earn one (1) additional entry by posting content related to their ABF workouts or ABF program activities on their personal social media account(s) and tagging the official ABF account(s) on that designated day.Conditions:
Only posts made on the officially announced “Tag Us” Day will qualify.
Posts must be publicly visible and remain live for verification.
Each participating Entrant will receive a maximum of one (1) extra entry per “Tag Us” Day.
“Tag Us” Day entries are in addition to all other extra-entry methods outlined in this Section.

6.3 Verification
The Promoter may request proof of membership status or social media activity at any time.7. Prize
Prize: AUD $5,000.00 cash.
The Prize is not exchangable for other goods, services, credits, or benefits.
The Winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, or financial implications associated with receiving the Prize.
8. Winner Determination
A random draw will take place at 31 Lundberg Dr, South Murwillumbah NSW 2484.
Draw Date: 5:30pm AEST on 01/11/2027, or earlier if all entries are exhausted.
All entries will be placed into a physical draw barrel and drawn randomly.
Only one (1) Winner will be selected.
The draw will be conducted in accordance with relevant trade promotion regulations in each participating Australian state and territory.
9. Notification and Publication of Winner
The Winner will be notified personally via email within 7 days of the draw.

10. Cancellation / Unclaimed / Insufficient Entrant Conditions
10.1 Insufficient Entrants
If fewer than 90% of total possible entries (90 entries) have been distributed by 12:00pm AEST on 01/11/2027, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Promotion.If cancelled, all Entrants will receive a full refund of their membership entry fees in accordance with applicable laws.
10.2 Technical or External Disruptions
If technical failures, natural disasters, or events outside the Promoter’s control prevent the draw from being conducted fairly or safely, the Promoter may:Postpone the draw;
Adapt the draw method; or
Cancel the Promotion and refund Entrants.
Any action will comply with relevant Australian consumer and trade promotion laws.
11. Prize Delivery
Prizes will be delivered within five (5) business days of confirming Winner eligibility.
Cash Prizes will be delivered by bank transfer to the Winner’s nominated bank account.
Prize delivery costs are covered by the Promoter.
All other costs incurred by the Winner (such as taxes or duties) are the responsibility of the Winner.
12. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Verify Entrant identity, membership status, and entry validity.
Request identification (driver licence, passport, etc.).
Disqualify entries that are incomplete, misleading, tampered with, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
Failure to comply with verification requests may result in disqualification.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or claims arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the Prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues, network failures, or lost/misdirected entries.
This clause does not exclude responsibilities under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which continue to apply.
14. Privacy
Entrant information is collected solely for the purposes of conducting the Promotion.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By entering, Entrants consent to the use of their name for winner publication as required by law.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Promotion, Entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and all applicable state and federal laws.

Weekly Members Draw Terms and Conditions (Australia-Wide, excluding South Australia)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Average Bloke Fitness Weekly Members Draw – $500.00 Prize ("Promotion"). The Promotion is conducted in accordance with relevant legislation in all Australian states and territories where permitted, excluding South Australia.

To be eligible, Entrants must:
Be aged 18 years or older.
Be a current financial member of Average Bloke Fitness.
Reside in an Australian state or territory other than South Australia.
Provide correct, accurate, and complete personal information.
The following are not eligible:
Employees, contractors, or agents of the Promoter.
Immediate family members of employees, contractors, or agents.
Residents of South Australia.
This Promotion is a game of chance, determined solely by random draw.
3. Maximum and Minimum Entrants
Maximum Entrants: 200 Members per weekly draw.
Minimum Entrants: 100 Members per weekly draw.
If the minimum threshold is not met, the draw may be cancelled in accordance with Section 10.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:01am AEST on the first Monday following the conclusion of the Launch Competition draw and continues in weekly 7‑day draw cycles thereafter until further notice.
Each draw constitutes a separate Promotion Period (“Weekly Period”).
5. Entry Method
A valid entry is automatically granted to each eligible financial member for each Weekly Period.
All entries will be compiled by the Promoter electronically and printed prior to the draw.
6. Prize
Prize: AUD $500.00 cash per weekly draw.
The Prize is not exchangeable for other goods, services, discounts, or membership benefits.
Any taxes, duties, or financial implications arising from accepting the Prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
7. Winner Determination
All entries will be placed into a physical draw barrel at the Promoter’s head office: 31 Lundberg Dr, South Murwillumbah NSW 2484.
Draws occur at 5:30pm AEST each Sunday, or earlier if all entries for the Weekly Period are finalised.
One (1) Winner will be selected per draw.
The draw will be conducted in accordance with applicable trade promotion laws in each relevant jurisdiction.
8. Notification and Publication of Winner
The Winner will be notified personally via email within 7 days of the draw.
The Winner will also be published within 7 days on:

9. Prize Delivery
The Prize will be delivered within five (5) business days after the Winner’s eligibility is confirmed.
Cash Prizes will be sent by bank transfer to the Winner’s nominated bank account.
Delivery costs are covered by the Promoter.
Any additional costs (including taxes or duties) are the responsibility of the Winner.
10. Cancellation and Minimum Entrant Conditions
10.1 Minimum Entry Requirement
If fewer than 90% of total possible entries (i.e., fewer than 180 entries) are distributed by 12:00pm AEST on the final day of a Weekly Period, the Promoter may cancel that Weekly Draw.In such cases, all Entrants for that Weekly Period will receive a refund of their entry fee/membership allocation related to the Promotion, consistent with applicable laws.
10.2 Technical or External Disruptions
If technical issues, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control prevent a fair draw, the Promoter may postpone, modify, or cancel the relevant weekly draw.11. Verification and Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to:
Verify Entrant identity and membership status.
Request documentation to confirm eligibility.
Disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or tampered with.
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in disqualification.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from Entry, participation, or acceptance of the Prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for technical failures, lost entries, or communication errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes the Entrant’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
13. Privacy
The Promoter collects Entrant information solely for administering the Promotion.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
By entering, Entrants consent to publication of their name in accordance with these Terms.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By entering the Weekly Members Draw, Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable state and federal regulations.
